For the best results, view the design proof on a computer, cell phone and/or tablet. Design proofs are computer generated representations and may not proportionally match the final product. We will apply standard location placement and size unless otherwise directed. Thoroughly review and approve the proof. Ensure to validate spelling, proper names, acronyms, abbreviations, punctuation, hashtags, sponsor logos, image sizing, and ink colors, Ashley's Graphics will not be responsible for design proof errors or omissions overlooked by the customer on printed and embroidered apparel. Ashley's Graphics is not copyrighted or trademarked. If the material is protected by copyright or trademark that the customer has obtained all the proper approvals and release documentation required to allow Ashley's Graphics to decorate the material. Customer further warrants that no copyright and/or trademark notice has been removed from any material provided. Customer agrees to indemnify and hold Ashley's Graphics harmless for all liability, damages, and attorney fees that may be incurred in any legal action connected with copyright and/or trademark infringement involving the work produced for the customer.

Refund Policy

Custom orders with silk screening are non-returnable as they are designed, assembled, and personalized with engraving, embroidery and/or silk screening. There will be no refund on any custom order once artwork approval has been done. If you are not 100% satisfied with any Retail purchase, you may either return your order for a full refund or exchange it. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 14 days. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition in which they were received. Please contact us to request your refund.

Delivery Policy

We do offer free local delivery, dropping off within city limits. If a residence is not available or a bulk order applies there may pick up locations. If we can arrange an out-of-town delivery, mileage may apply. We do offer shipping both ground and expedited.
